Draymond Green took to Instagram to report about Conor McGregor wearing a No. 23 Golden State Warriors pullover.
That is the number he wears, obviously, for the title winning group. Green said “We shaking with Floyd brother not you… take that off bruh.”
Be that as it may, McGregor wasn’t wearing a Green pullover, it was an old C.J. Watson one.
That prompted McGregor disclosing to Green he didn’t know his identity, and to remain in school. He at that point told Green, “I spill takes off the floor. Not a ball. This is no diversion here child.”
McGregor’s decision of wearing a C.J. Watson shirt has subtext to it: Watson was connected to Mayweather’s local manhandle case amongst him and previous accomplice Josie Harris in 2010. From USA Today:
Harris says she stirred with Mayweather shouting and snatching her hair. She says he’d perused loving instant messages amongst her and NBA ball player C.J. Watson, portrayed in her book draft as her “late spring love.”
This is not the first run through McGregor referenced Watson – back in January, he tweeted “Call me C.J. Watson” with this delineation joined:
